Artman Country Smokehouse

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Artman Country Smokehouse for a wedding or any event. They were recommended to us and we are so extremely glad we met with them at their restaurant. All of the food we tasted was delicious and the help they gave in finalizing the drinks, appetizers, and dinner was great! Our daughter’s wedding was beautiful and perfect and Artman Country Smokehouse was a big part of it! They went over and above what we expected! We used art man’s catering for our wedding recently and they exceeded our expectations. Our food was AMAZING, the service was AMAZING, management was AMAZING, Valerie the owner of the restaurant was such a huge help from start to finish was extremely professional, genuine, and helpful she made our wedding food catering effortless. Not to mention the stand out of our wedding was our food... every guest that attended our wedding couldn’t stop bragging how good the food was and we would both agree. Definitely don’t hesitate to use Artman catering for your special events or even just to stop in for some lunch or dinner.

Came here recently with some friends for dinner. From the outside, this looks like a smaller restaurant. But when we went inside there was plenty of room with at least 15 tables for guests to sit and eat. This was my first time here so we ordered a sampler platter that had three kinds of meats and four sides. I also ordered a few appetizers to get so that I could taste as many different things as possible. The meats had a good flavor and were tender and delicious. The sides were exceptionally delicious. The portion size was very generous, and we had enough to take home for another meal later. I live over half an hour away, but our experience was so good. I will be coming back again.

Food and service were excellent!! Try the Moinks! We had Liver and Onions and the slider trio. Very good!

A family friend used to purchase delicious pork butt every Thanksgiving for us years ago before he opened this restaurant. This was our first time coming to the restaurant and his food is PHENOMENAL! My family and I enjoyed everything that we ordered, we were shocked that our extreme picky eater ate 2 plates of food. Kayla the host was very sweet and patient. This is the best smoked BBQ in Ocala!

Excellent client service, from making reservations to finishing our meals. Angelica is a fantastic server, very focused on our satisfaction. In addition, the chef came to the table to be sure that we were pleased with our meals. The food was delicious! Highly recommend Artman, the best barbecue around!

Great food and great service! We got "The Feast" along with a brisket and ribs platter and an order of burnt ends. The food was seasoned well and delicious! The brisket wasn't dry and neither was the chicken. You can always judge a BBQ restaurant by their brisket and chicken. We ordered to-go, but there are tables inside and outside. Everyone we talked to was friendly and attentive, so I'm sure the tableside service is just as good. The only thing I would change is the garlic bread: it was a little overdone (but this isn't a deal breaker unless you're a bread fanatic). Overall absolutely would recommend!

Very friendly and attentive service. Delicious food and lots to choose from too. The fries were really good. The pork was amazing. I liked the Hot BBQ sauce the best, but the sweet was good too. I left with a to-go Tea and they didn't skimp and give me a little cup either.
